Engelbræt Cleaning delivers cleaning services with a workforce of 100 employees. Work of this kind is normally planned, delivered, checked and invoiced across several separate systems and manual routines, which makes it hard for management to see one reliable operational picture.
Qash Labs was engaged to bring these activities into one controlled operating environment rather than to add another disconnected tool.
How the platform works in practice
Employees can access current assignments and site information, register time, follow cleaning plans and document completed work.
Managers can coordinate recurring and ad hoc tasks, respond to absence, review inspections, handle corrective actions, monitor missing activity and prepare payroll, invoicing and client reporting data. The platform was designed to replace fragmented administration with a clearer view of what was planned, what happened and what requires attention.
